By accessing or using Car Spy (carspy.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Car Spy is a vehicle price aggregator that:

• Compares car prices from Ukraine (RIA), USA (Copart, IAAI), and Korea (Encar)
• Provides "turnkey" price calculations including delivery and customs
• Offers price tracking and notifications
• Provides consultation services via messengers

While we strive to provide accurate information:

When communicating with us through Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger:

• You consent to processing of your messages as described in our Privacy Policy
• Responses may be automated or handled by our team
• We aim to respond within 24 hours (per Meta's messaging policies)
• Do not send confidential information (passports, payment cards)
• Communication may be monitored for quality assurance

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and third-party data) are owned by Car Spy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Vehicle listings and related data belong to their respective sources (AutoRIA, Copart, IAAI, Encar).

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on our information

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Spy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
