Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and procedure for refunding payments for paid services provided through the website carspy.io (the "Service"). Car Spy's paid services include analytical reports, detailed vehicle analyses, and other digital products available for one-time purchase.

Since Car Spy's services are digital products delivered instantly after payment, refunds are possible in the following cases:

• Technical error — the service was not delivered due to a system failure
• Double charge — funds were charged twice for the same service
• Non-conformity — the delivered product significantly differs from its description

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

To request a refund:

1. 1Send a request to d7@ukr.net with the subject "Refund Request"
2. 2Include the transaction number and reason for the refund
3. 3We will review your request within 3 business days
4. 4If approved, funds will be returned to the card used for payment

After a refund decision is made:

• Refund initiation — up to 3 business days
• Funds credited to card — 3 to 10 business days (depends on the bank)
• Refunds are processed through WayForPay to the card used for the original payment

If the service has not yet been delivered (e.g., the report has not been generated), you can cancel the transaction by contacting us within 24 hours of payment. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can: - Submit a follow-up request with additional details - Initiate a chargeback procedure through your bank - Contact the consumer protection authorities of Ukraine
