Public Offer Agreement

This document is an official public offer for the provision of services through the website carspy.io.

The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with paid digital services related to vehicle market analysis, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services under the terms of this offer.

The Provider offers the following paid services:

• Detailed analytical reports on specific vehicles
• Damage analysis and repair cost estimation
• Extended import cost calculations
• Comparative price analyses across models and markets
• Other digital products as described on the Service pages

Acceptance of this offer is made by paying for any paid service through the Service. From the moment of payment, the agreement is considered concluded under the terms of this offer. Before payment, the Customer must review the service description, this offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Payment for services is made under the following terms:

• Service prices are listed on the respective pages of the Service in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH)
• Payments are processed through the WayForPay payment system
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards are accepted
• Payment is prepaid — the service is delivered after payment confirmation
• The Provider reserves the right to change service prices without prior notice

Services are delivered digitally through the Service: - Services are provided instantly or within the timeframe specified on the service page - Access to paid digital products is provided through the personal account or via email - Services are available 24/7 (except during maintenance) - Service territory — worldwide (via the Internet)

The terms and procedure for refunds are defined in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this offer. Full refund terms are available at /refund.

The Provider is not liable for: - Decisions made by the Customer based on analytical report information - Changes in market prices, exchange rates, or customs rates after service delivery - Temporary Service unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure - Actions of third parties, including payment systems and banks

Processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy at /privacy. By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data.

All disputes arising from this offer shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine in court.

The Provider reserves the right to amend this offer. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Service. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
